How did you get to be in the job you have now?
I’ve been working at BRIDGES for over 12 years with several roles and capacities. One of the roles I had was managing the agency’s largest program, while in another role I had created I managed new businesses the agency opened to provide opportunities for people with disabilities seeking meaningful employment. When the role of the CEO/Executive Director opened up in 2018, I moved forward and applied. After many rounds of interviews, I was given the news that I was hired for the job. I never felt more supported and empowered all while understanding that the right thing was done as far as the interview process. I have now been in the role of CEO for over 4 years and it has been an amazing journey with an amazing team!
