Who can use the Sensory Room?

Our sensory room is open to individuals of all ages and abilities, including children, teens, adults, families, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities.

Are you closed during the holidays?

We are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Can I reserve this space for a private event?

Yes! The Sensory Room is available for private events, including small group sessions, celebrations, and organized visits.

Can the Sensory Room be included in a Self-Directed plan?

Absolutely. We welcome children, teens, and adults in Self-Direction. Services may be reimbursed by your Fiscal Intermediary or other approved billing arrangements.

We recommend speaking with your Care Manager to determine the best option.

As a professional provider, may I reserve the Sensory Room?

Yes, professionals may reserve and rent the Sensory Room to conduct sessions in a sensory-friendly environment. Contact us for more information.

Is the Sensory Room regularly cleaned?

Yes, the Sensory Room is completely disinfected between guests.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are not required and walk-ins are welcome and highly encouraged. Online booking is not available — reservations can be made by calling us or visiting in person.

Where is the Sensory Room located?

The Sensory Room is located on the fourth floor of the Palisades Mall, right next to Target.
